A Sneak Peak Inside the Cooler

The cooler at the produce barn is a wonderful place to hang out on a hot, summer afternoon...especially when it looks this beautiful!

Our wonderful neighbors, Cannon Holmgren and Gavin Welling (aka Ox and Holmes), produced a fun promotional video for our produce stand.  We sure think they are awesome!

Recipe of the Week: 8/14/17

Bryce's Peach Pie Filling

Whisk together: 1 cup sugar, 3 Tablespoons cornstarch

Add 1 cup water and bring to a boil.  Whisk in small (3 ounces) peach jello. Boil for 2 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes. Stir in lots of yummy, sliced, fresh peaches. Remove fruit with a slotted spoon and place in a baked pie crust.  (Dust crust with powdered sugar prior to filling to prevent crust from getting soggy.)
